Anna Yastrezhembovskaya first got to know
about carded wool dolls when she became a young mother of 2 small kids. She was
so keen on dolls that looked 100% realistic. At that time, she was unaware of

a big anecdote. This bat was made due to a request made by Anna’s little girl.
Her little daughter wanted her to make a bat plier to clip her hair and finally
it turned out to be this kind of plush.
Anna was overjoyed with her creation and
posted the completed toy on her Instagram page stating that it was not for sale. Surprisingly, the
pictures of this carded mammal went viral. Among a lot of appreciations, Anna
also received messages from people insulting her saying that she is pocketing
money without selling the goods.

Anna, who got confused with these
messages, was able to reconstruct what had happened after reading the messages.
Someone else had cheated on people using Anna’s name, selling it for $19.99
without Anna’s consent.

Unfortunately, Anna put a lot of effort
in explaining this fraud to hundreds of people.
On the other hand, Anna says that she’d
have never sold one of her creations for just $19.99 as it takes around 10 days
and 12-14 hours of hard work for one carded animal.
