Japanese Artist Toshihiko Hosaka Creates Amazing Sand Sculptures To Surprise The Viewers

Toshihiko Hosaka is an incredible Japanese artist who creates striking sculptures out of sand. Hosaka is a 20-year experienced artist who has been using beaches and sandboxes as his canvas from the beginning.

Significantly, he doesn't use a core, a mold or any other special tool for his process except sand. The one and only special trick is the hardening spray applied on the sculpture after completion. The spray prevents the sculpture from eroding due to the wind and sun for a few days.

He started sand sculpting when he was studying at the University. Hosaka has been sculpting 3D works since his graduation.
