Photographer Brian Dowling Traveled All Over The World To Capture The Beauty Of Redheads

Everyone has their own unique beauty. But not all of us see it. The outstanding American photographer Brian Dowling traveled the world to capture and exhibit the beauty of redheads. He had traveled to more than 20 countries to complete his project. The main objective of this project is to inspire people with the MC1R gene around the world.

Red hair is one of the rarest hair colors that exist in the world. The reason for this red color of the hair is a genetic mutation which is known as MC1R. This specific gene mutation affects a person's tolerance to sunlight, pain and the ability of his/her hair to turn gray. Instead, the red headed people usually turn blonde or pure white when they age.
